Personal Statement

Emily is a passionate BASRaT Registered Sport Rehabilitator with extensive experience helping people recover from injuries and get back to doing what they love. Whether you’re an athlete returning to sport or recovering from a health condition or injury, she’s here to guide you every step of the way.

she has worked in diverse settings—from supporting soldiers at the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre to helping athletes on the rugby field and assisting people recovering from strokes, focusing on understanding your individual needs and creating a recovery plan tailored to you.

My approach emphasizes empowering you with the exercises and knowledge to confidently manage your condition and navigate flare-ups. While there will be appropriate hands-on techniques as needed, there will be a focus is on equipping you with the tools to take control of your recovery.

Emily will always explain the “why” behind your rehabilitation, ensuring you feel informed and in charge of the process. Together, we’ll not only get you back to what you love, but help you achieve more than you thought possible—so you can move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence in your body.
